AlwaysON's HelpDesk gives you access to highly trained and
experienced staff. We provide help and advice for
configuration issues, network faults and equipment failure.
We focus on providing proactive rather than reactive support. We aim to prevent problems and faults by monitoring your network and swiftly resolving any minor issues, before they develop into major problems.


On-site Support
With AlwaysON on-site support you have access to our highly
qualified and accredited engineers. Many of your faults and
requests can be solved remotely, but sometimes they require an
on-site visit. In these cases we'll ensure an engineer
reaches you within your Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Operation Centre Support
AlwaysON's Operation Centre, located in Reading, delivers proactive
remote monitoring services and preventative support whereby we
monitor your network to identify potential faults and stop them
before they start. When faults do arise, we can settle many
of them without sending an engineer to your site.
One Stop Support Shop
Our customers often

from different suppliers. You can take advantage of these

Online Customer Portal
The secure and
personalised web-based portal allows you to design and configure
your service quickly and easily as well as providing you with
up-to-date information on all aspects of your support contract,
including fault call progress.
