AlwaysON has announced a new addition to its senior management team by bringing onboard Jolanta Pilecka as their new Marketing Director. Jolanta brings a wealth of commercial and marketing experience to AlwaysON, having worked in the IT industry for over 20 years.
Jolanta's immediate responsibilities are strategic alliances as well as the creation and execution of the marketing plan, including product positioning /differentiation, market awareness and lead generation.
Over the past two years, Jolanta managed a strategic marketing consultancy ThinkMint; previously she was at CS Group, where as a Board Director and a member of the transformation team she contributed to the business growth from £3m to £100m turnover in 4 years. During her tenure at CS Group, she was responsible for all tactical and strategic marketing activities, managed the positioning of 17 products acquired during that period and managed a portfolio of 15 software solutions, each one focusing on a vertical market niche.
Prior to CS Group, she worked for Elderstreet, a venture capital fund, and also had various senior technical, marketing and consulting roles during her 12 years career at Hewlett Packard UK/Europe.
