An entrepreneur and visionary in the IT and Telecommunications industry with 25+ years experience. Prior to founding AlwaysON, George was part of the funding team at Bulldog Communications - the alternate broadband provider, where he held the role of Chief Technology Officer. George has a BSc Hons from the University of Surrey in Engineering.

Over 20 years of successful operational experience in Healthcare and Security industries, Steve holds an MBA from the Open University.

Over ten years in technology investment and merchant banking and an MBA from London Business School.

Co-founder of AlwaysON, Lindy has over 20 years experience in the IT and Telecommunication industry working with all aspects of finance.

Over 20 years successful sales and marketing experience in the telecommunications industry. BSc (Hons) Graduate from Manchester Metropolitan University and Post Graduate in Marketing Communications.

Jolanta joined AlwaysON as a Marketing Director in September 09 and brings a wealth of commercial and marketing experience having worked in the IT industry for over 20 years.

Over 17 years solid technical leadership and project management experience gained in a range of industries which include Telecommunications, Investment Banking, Education and Aviation. BEng (Hons) and MSc Engineering degrees from Southampton University and Brunel University.

Martin joined AlwaysON in 2001 as a Business Systems Consultant, moving swiftly into a role providing focus on delivering the services sold.

More than sixteen years of experience in the data and voice networking arena, responsible for the implementation of the first Carrier Grade IP Services platform in the UK. One of the first successful participants in the Cisco CCIE examination.
