Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line
ADSL is an access method that provides bandwidth for the downstream connection that is larger than for the upstream connection. The data-rate of ADSL depends on the length and quality of the line connecting the end-user to the local exchange. ADSL is delivered over a PSTN exchange line.

Automatic Call DistributionA range of incoming call distribution features with a sophisticated parameter set. Typically used in contact centre environments to distribute calls to agents.
